Harry and Brian ran their shoerepair business in a gloriously ramshackle workshop in Abingdon for thirty years or more. Here, they reflect on the changes in the shoetrade they have witnessed as we watch them give new life to old leather. Screened at BFI Southbank as part of the BFI’s Michael Grigsby retrospective season in June 2004, and winner of the inaugural Oxdox Film Festival’s young filmmaker award in 2005.
